Joe Ciaramitaro was raised in typical Midwestern style by a family with strong practical ethics. Joe originally from Michigan, comes from a long line of family entrepreneurs. Although he began his formal training towards a degree in law, he soon found that it would be more rewarding to assist doctors in marketing their practices. Joe was then with great veracity persuaded, recruited into having made a decision to change careers and went on to sell his interests, to join an aspiring family business in the search and placement business in Orlando, FL.
Joe joined Corporate Search Consultants in the mid 90’s, where he had developed and advanced as a Senior Account Executive within the Cancer Services Line and IT specialties. Joe’s hard work and dedication earned him the title of managing partner with the firm. Most recently Joe has taken the experience of his successful career and track record to a further and more focused product line of services to the entire Business of Oncology, from within his further developed firm of Corporate Search Incorporated. He brings with him a long line of success in the placement process of entire staffing for new builds, hospital based and free standing Cancer Centers. His foresight and hard work has brought to the Business of Oncology new and opportune programs and contract services that are now benefiting the entire Cancer Service Line towards their greater potential.
Cynthia Ulrich was raised in Illinois and received her BA from Illinois State University and her MBA from Loyola University. She began her career in the automotive industry with General Motors Corporation and worked in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Ontario, Canada holding managerial positions in both divisional and corporate headquarters. Cynthia worked in a variety of business areas for General Motors but specialized in strategic planning and human resources. She held the position of Personnel Director of a GM of Canada facility of 5000 employees and Manager of Corporate Recruiting and College Relations, and was responsible for hiring 2500 professionals in the engineering, business and medical fields across the corporation.
Cynthia had an opportunity to relocate to Florida and began her career at the Center for Radiation Oncology. She utilized her skills to work in all business facets but specialized in public relations and marketing their practice. During this time she had the opportunity to work with more than 200 medical practices and was also actively involved with the local American Cancer Society. Cynthia is currently involved in education and training at the high school, community college and business level.
